Manufacturing Industry Skills Alliance

The Manufacturing Industry Skills Alliance (MISA) is a Jobs and Skills Council funded by the Australian Government to address skills and workforce challenges in the manufacturing sector.

Working with Parachute Education Consultants, I produced a national series of video case studies for MISA — a Jobs and Skills Council funded by the Australian Government — featuring industry leaders discussing workforce replenishment strategies in the manufacturing sector.

As producer, director, and editor across all Australian states, I managed the full pipeline: stakeholder coordination, interstate shoot scheduling, directing local crews on location, and post-production through to delivery. The project demanded rigorous adherence to layered content requirements and government brand and partnership guidelines, with assets delivered across horizontal and vertical formats.
