Satellite foundation rolled out the red carpet, popcorn and choc tops for the launch of That’s Mental at the Thornbury Picture House.
WorkWell Respect Network
In 2024, we joined a project team to bring the WorkWell Respect Network (WWRN) to life. With support from WorkSafe Victoria, the goal was to prevent and respond to gendered violence - with a strong focus on intersectionality.
Cert III in Cabinet & timber
Working with Melbourne Polytechnic on the Cert III in Cabinet and Timber was a great chance to break down a craft that's both technical and creative, and to support the next generation of skilled tradespeople.
Marriage Mentor course
Following the success of the couples' pre-marriage course, Sir Zelman Cowen Centre and Benevolence Australia developed training resources for the expanding network of Good Beginnings Marriage Mentors.
Cert III in Beekeeping
In 2023, we filmed a suite of training videos for Melbourne Polytechnic's Certificate III in Beekeeping. The videos, filmed during the early verroa outbreak, offer theory and practical demonstrations to new beekeepers.
Good Beginnings Pre-marriage course
This course was developed by Benevolence Australia and the Sir Zelman Cowen Centre to support respectful relationships. It's empowering, values-led, and practical.
Stigmabeat Gippsland
Stigmabeat was a youth-led storytelling project and pilot program run by Monash Rural Health and Satellite Foundation.
