Benevolence Australia

Commissioned by the Department of Health and Human Services and developed under Victoria University's Sir Zelman Cowen Centre, Good Beginnings is a pre-marriage course for Muslim couples — later extended to a second course for marriage counsellors. I led the creative development end-to-end: shaping the video content, designing the platform, and editing all materials.

The course integrates Islamic law, internationally recognised relationship psychology, and OurWatch principles. Video content ranged from community couple interviews to scripted scenarios featuring fictional young couple Zeynab and Adel. Endorsed by the Board of Imams Victoria, the course is now delivered across Australia and internationally.

Featured in SBS Online, the Australian Muslim Times (AMUST), and the Sir Zelman Cowen Centre at Victoria University. Contact me to view course assets.
