I have produced two instructional video series with Melbourne Polytechnic and its TAFE partners, both now embedded as core learning resources in their respective courses.

The Certificate III in Cabinet and Timber series covers safe tool and machinery use alongside complex cabinetmaking techniques — designed to be clear and accessible for students and apprentices across multiple campuses.

The Certificate III in Beekeeping series, produced in partnership with McDonald Honey and Lakeside Honey, spans hive work, wax extraction, box construction, and biosecurity practices. Shot during the varroa mite outbreaks, the biosecurity content carried particular urgency. The series has proven especially valuable for students in remote areas who cannot easily access live demonstrations.
